Data from Xero (Xero, 2016), revealed information that measured where Australia stood against the rest of the world in terms of internet speed and the results were less than desirable. 53rd to be exact….falling behind many developing countries.

– 70% of small businesses said that poor connectivity was negatively impacting their efficiency and productivity.
– Just under half (48%) of small businesses struggled to reach and gain new customers because of having a poor phone line or bad internet connection.
– 62% of respondents believed this poor quality of internet deeply affects their customer service.
